The Boldchat Operator Client .NET is a downloadable Windows application that runs as a small icon in the system tray notifying the operator when chat requests are received on the web site.

The Boldchat Operator Client .NET is not required to use Boldchat. Operators can choose to use the web operator client by clicking on WEB OPERATOR CLIENT in the top navigation bar at http://www.boldchat.com.

The Boldchat Operator Client .NET requires...

• Microsoft .NET Framework Redistributable v1.1 (this will be installed automatically when you install Boldchat Operator Client .NET)
• Internet Explorer 6.0 or above (you must upgrade this yourself)

Note: If you are upgrading and Boldchat is already running on your PC, you must exit Boldchat first before upgrading.
