Enterprises can setup as many agents as they’d like on as many PCs as necessary. Limitations are placed only on the number of concurrently logged in users. For example, an organization might purchase 15 concurrent licenses but set up 20 total agent stations. In this case, any of the 15 agents can be logged in simultaneously.

Administrator vs. Agent Licenses

BoldChat licenses are not distinguished in this way. The advantage of treating them the same is that administrators and supervisors count as a regular license and therefore contribute to potential quantity discounts.

SMS Pricing

Provisioning a phone number to which text messages can be sent and managed from within the BoldChat interface carries a $4.00 per month charge.  Individual messages in the United States (inbound and outbound) cost $0.02 each and messages from or to an international number cost $0.03 each.  Customers can buy blocks of messages in $10 or $40 lots.  To ensure your service is never interrupted, your credits are replenished automatically and if you don't use them all, they roll over to the next month.

BoldCall Per-Minute Pricing

Each BoldCall-enabled account includes $3 of usage credit per month. Additional credit is added to your account automatically when your balance gets low and unused credit is carried over to the next month. You can choose between $10 replenishment or $40 replenishment (that includes $50 of actual credit) options. Per minute costs vary by country.
