This optimization package is a ‘Tune Up‘ to get more value out of an existing BoldChat implementation. It will include a baseline review of:
- Visitors’ time on site/page
- Invitations sent/accepted/declined/ignored
- Total chats initiated/ignored/answered/unanswered
- Average speed to answer, average chat time, average message count, and average response time
- Results of the pre-chat and post-chat survey
Optimization can include

monthly basis, throughout the year. We’ll deliver:
- Monthly chat summary reports
- Annual performance report and review
- Facilitation of BoldChat focused business development discussions
- Quarterly Chat Optimizations based on reports/goals
