How Does Live Chat Become Available on Your Website?

When you become a Bold Software customer (or start a trial), you'll generate a small snippet of HTML code and then paste it onto your site. This code is all that's required for live chat to function. You can even use the code on multiple websites. The client application provides the tools you need to customize the entire chat experience for your website visitors.

Can the Chat Windows Be Customized?

BoldChat windows are entirely HTML based, which means you have complete control over them. No Bold Software branding need appear and because you can access the entire window code from the client application, significant customizations can be made.

Does Bold Software Provide Chat Buttons or Do I Use My Own?

A complete gallery with hundreds of button variations is available from the Bold Software client application but – should you wish – you can easily specify your own images as well.
